A powerful piece with a lot of contrast. The name suggests a raw and fearless approach. The very dark is a directly portrayed effect of the shadows of the leaves in my garden in Sweden, summer ‘23. They were always moving with the breeze and I could only see the final piece after I had removed it from its spot.
Wrapping plastic has been used for the darkest shadows.
